Funnel® is madfactory’s proprietary web tool designed to collect the rich insights you would normally get from a well moderated focus group, but on a much larger scale, providing statistical significance to the findings.

Its immersive, game-like experience is designed to keep respondents engaged throughout the entire data collection process and unaware of the specific brand or product under scrutiny, ensuring unbiased responses. Funnel can be easily adapted to different cultural contexts, facilitating multi-country research. It has been tested in collaboration with SDA Bocconi University.
